How do I cancel or manage my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us — we never see your payment details.
The fastest path from inside the app: Profile → Manage Subscription. This opens Apple's subscription sheet directly.
You can also go through iOS Settings any time: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Constraint Engine. From there you can switch between Monthly and Annual, pause, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of the current period.
How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device?
Sign into the same Apple ID you originally bought Pro with, install the app, and open Profile → Manage Subscription. iOS automatically restores active subscriptions from your Apple ID — you should see the PRO badge appear within a few seconds.
If it doesn't, sign out and back into the App Store on the device (Settings → Media & Purchases) and reopen the app. If it still doesn't appear, email me with your purchase date and Apple ID region and I'll help track it down.
How do I delete my data?
Everything Constraint Engine stores about you (XP, streaks, history, display name, avatar, saved collection) lives only on your device. There is no server-side account to delete.
To wipe it: Profile → Delete My Data. This permanently erases everything locally.
Deleting the app from your device also removes all locally stored data. Your subscription, if any, is managed separately by Apple — see the cancel question above.
AI constraints aren't loading — what should I do?
The AI feature requires an internet connection and a Pro subscription. If it fails, the app gracefully falls back to a standard (non-AI) constraint and shows "AI unavailable" briefly — your session isn't blocked, you just get a non-AI constraint that round.
Common things to check:
1. You're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
2. Your Pro subscription is active (Profile → look for the PRO badge).
3. The AI Constraints toggle on the Constraint screen is on.
If it stays broken across multiple sessions, email me — there may be an outage on the AI backend and I'll be able to confirm.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email focused.era1@gmail.com. For bug reports, the most helpful details are:
• What you were doing when it happened (which craft, which screen)
• Your device (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version
• A screenshot or screen recording if visual
• Whether it reproduces every time or just once
Feature requests are welcome too. The roadmap is shaped by what people actually ask for.
Is my data private? Do you track me?
No tracking. No analytics SDKs. No advertising identifier (IDFA). No account, no email, no password to use the app.
Your activity (XP, streaks, history, name, avatar) lives on your device only. The only data sent off the device is the AI-constraint generation request when you tap Generate in Pro mode — and that request contains your craft / genre / difficulty selections, not any personally identifying information.

Will Constraint Engine come to iPad / Mac / Android / Web?
The app already runs on iPad with a tailored layout (download the same iOS app — it adapts). macOS and Android versions are on the long-term roadmap but not committed to a date. A web version is unlikely in the near term because the daily-streak / habit mechanics work best with a phone in your pocket.
